The National Duals is wrestled over the Memorial Day holiday weekend. This is an opportunity to determine the best club/state teams in the country for the Elementary, Middle School, and High School divisions. The National Wrestling Duals is the largest dual meet team event in the history of scholastic wrestling. Last year, 323 teams, with over 4,700 individual wrestlers representing 32 states competed in this event. It is an honor to represent your club or state and compete in "The Battle at the Beach". The level of wrestling at this event may be tougher than any you’ve faced throughout the year.  The very best, from many of the top states attend and compete here for their respective club.  The competition is intense. Participants from the top 5 place finishing teams will be officially declared All-American Team Members.

If you are found wrestling down a division, i.e. 9th grade in Middle School, your team will be disqualified.

When wrestlers weigh in, we will be using your actual weight to determine your eligible weight class. You will be eligible for that weight and the weight higher.

i.e. if you weigh in at 115.8, you will be eligible for 113 and 120.

Please keep me in the weight allowance 3lbs for High School, 2lbs for Middle School, and 1lb for Elementary

Team Entry Fee
$700 per team (each team may have a maximum of 18 wrestlers).

  • Additional wrestlers (over 18): There is a fee of $45 / additional wrestler and we suggest that you try to place the athlete on a team that has an incomplete roster.

    • It is the responsibility of the head coach to see that alternates are worked in to dual meets.
    • Alternatives are not guaranteed exhibition matches - no more than 14 bouts can be wrestled per dual meet.

**Payments in full must be paid by Sunday, May 7th!**

Once the cap is hit, a waiting list will be the only possibility to be entered into the event in the case that a team withdraws from the tournament.

All rosters are due online by midnight of Sunday, May 7th. If your team is forfeiting 2 or more weight classes, you can be eliminated from the event.
