Mike Wiley
Acting Chairman

 

Mike started his career in 1996 and currently serves as a Senior Vice President with DTZ’s Washington, D.C. office. Mike specializes in representing corporate clients on a portfolio wide basis, within the Washington, D.C./Baltimore metro areas. His experience includes transactions ranging in size from 500 square feet to 400,000 square feet, as well as ranging in from office, flex, warehouse, distribution, SCIF, data center and clean room/lab. Mike also has an extensive background in representing corporate clients with both national and international needs.

Mike has served as an Account Manager, Assistant Account Manager, Strategic Advisor, Regional Account Representative and local, Market Resource for a variety of companies worldwide. The wide-ranging roles Mike has served provide great insight and understanding of the motivators, challenges and obstacles of each account team member. His perspective has served his clients well, as he has served as account manager for clients with portfolios ranging from 15 to 700 locations and total square footage from 150,000 square feet to more than 2 million square feet.  Most of his experience has been with government contractors, technology companies, financial institutions and healthcare companies.

 

Steve Gaydosh
President

Steve is currently the wrestling coach at Vestavia Hill High School in Vestavia Hills, Alabama, a position he has held for 33 years. He has led his teams have won 12 State Team Titles. Steve has coached 76 Individual State Champions. He has been selected twice as the AHSAA Coach of the Year and is a member of the AHSAA Hall of Fame. 

 

Scott Legacy
Board Member

 

Scott is a Physical Education Teacher and Head Wrestling Coach at Mt. Anthony Union High School in Benington, Vermont. He has his Master’s Degree in Athletic Administration, Endicott University, Massachusetts and his Bachelor’s Degree from Oswego State College, New York. Scott is entering his 30th year of coaching, as he began in 1985. He holds a career record 622-35-2. Scott has led his team to 26 Consecutive Vermont State Championships 1989-Present (National Record for Wrestling).  Scott was recently names the USA Today News Paper National Coach of the Year 2014 as well as the Head Coach for USA Magazine/Cliff Keen Dream Team 2014 in Atlanta, Georgia winning 37-14.  He was inducted into the New England Wrestling Hall of Fame 2009 and Vermont Principals Association Hall of Fame 2006.

Phil Richards
Board Member

Phillip C. Richards, CFP®, CLU, RHU is the Executive Chairman and Founder of the affiliated companies that comprise North Star Resource Group. Phil received his BS in 1962 from Temple University where he served as Student Body President. He also received the prestigious Sword Award as outstanding senior classman. A recipient of a four year Wrestling scholarship, he served as Team Captain and was inducted into the National Wrestling Hall of Fame in 2010 and the National High School Coaches Hall of Fame in 2010. Phil was elected to the Temple University Board of Trustees in 2009 and was the 2016 commencement speaker for Temple University and awarded an honorary Doctor of Humane Letters Degree.

 

Phil has been a featured speaker in over 15 countries on topics including strategic planning, leadership and alternate distribution systems in the financial services industry in the 21st century.

 

 Bob Ferraro, Sr.
Founder

Bob Ferraro, Sr. is the founder and CEO of the NHSCA. Bob graduated from Easton Area High School in 1966. He went on to attend Indiana State on scholarship. He became an NCAA All American and NCAA runner up. Bob went on to become the Head Coach at Bucknell University in Lewisburg, PA. In 1989, he held the first high school national championship for wrestling. This was the first high school national championship in any sport.


 Bob Ferraro, Jr.
CEO

 

Bobby Ferraro has served as the NHSCA Executive Director since 2008. Post college graduation, he was employed as the Director of Marketing at the NHSCA for 2 years, prior to moving to Marietta, Georgia. He went on to work for RaceTrac Petroleum as a special projects manager, promoted to Regional Marketing Manager and then to Personnel Manager. Following RaceTrac, Bobby served as the Beverage Category Manager at Sheetz, Inc. out of Altoona, Pennsylvania for 6 years before coming back to the NHSCA to serve his current position. Bobby has coaching experience in all levels – college, high school, and youth.

Bobby and his wife, Leslie reside in Camp Hill, Pennsylvania with their three children: Dylan, Taylor and Kendall.

 

Jaime Ferraro
COO

Jaime currently serves as the NHSCA Director of Operations.  She is a 1996 graduate of Lewisburg High School in Lewisburg, Pennsylvania.  She went on to attend Lock Haven University and Bloomsburg University.  Jaime is also a member of the Connect Sports Executive Advisory Board since 2013. Jaime and her two daughters, Madison and Mia, reside in Easton, Pennsylvania.
